Tickette(이하 “앱”)는 행사 주최자가 등록한 콘텐츠(행사명·설명·이미지)를 참석자에게 배포하는 서비스입니다. 안전한 이용 환경을 위해 모든 사용자 생성 콘텐츠(UGC)는 본 정책을 따릅니다. 운영자는 위반에 대해 무관용(zero-tolerance) 원칙을 적용합니다.
1. 금지되는 콘텐츠
다음 콘텐츠의 등록·업로드·배포를 금지합니다.
- 성적 콘텐츠: 음란물, 노골적 성적 묘사, 미성년자 관련 부적절한 콘텐츠
- 폭력: 폭력·유혈·잔혹 행위의 묘사 또는 조장
- 혐오·괴롭힘: 인종·민족·종교·성별·성적지향·장애 등에 근거한 차별·혐오 표현, 위협, 괴롭힘
- 불법 행위: 불법 거래, 사기, 불법 도박, 마약, 무기 등 불법 행위의 조장·알선
- 권리 침해: 타인의 저작권·상표권·초상권·사생활을 침해하는 콘텐츠
- 기만·스팸: 허위·기만적 정보, 악성코드, 스팸
2. 사전·사후 검수
- 업로드되는 이미지는 자동 안전성 검사(SafeSearch 기반 성인성·폭력성·선정성 탐지)를 거치며, 위반 가능성이 높은 이미지는 자동으로 거부됩니다.
- 운영자는 등록된 콘텐츠를 사후에도 검토할 수 있으며, 위반 콘텐츠를 삭제·비공개 처리합니다.
3. 신고
- 앱 내 또는 참석자 수령 페이지의 신고 기능으로 누구나 위반 콘텐츠를 신고할 수 있습니다.
- 신고는 접수 후 합리적 기간(통상 24시간) 내에 검토됩니다.
4. 위반 시 조치
- 위반 콘텐츠의 삭제 또는 비공개 처리
- 반복·중대 위반 회원의 계정 정지 또는 영구 차단
- 필요 시 관계 기관 신고

Tickette (the “App”) distributes content registered by event organizers (event titles, descriptions and images) to attendees. To keep the Service safe, all user-generated content (UGC) must follow this policy. The operator applies a zero-tolerance policy to violations.
1. Prohibited content
You may not register, upload or distribute the following content.
- Sexual content: pornography, explicit sexual depictions, inappropriate content involving minors
- Violence: depicting or promoting violence, gore or cruelty
- Hate and harassment: discrimination or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar grounds; threats; harassment
- Illegal activity: promoting or facilitating illegal trade, fraud, illegal gambling, drugs, weapons or other illegal activity
- Rights infringement: content that infringes others’ copyright, trademarks, portrait rights or privacy
- Deception and spam: false or deceptive information, malware, spam
2. Pre- and post-moderation
- Uploaded images go through an automatic safety check (SafeSearch-based detection of adult, violent and racy content); images likely to violate this policy are rejected automatically.
- The operator may also review registered content afterwards and removes or hides violating content.
3. Reporting
- Anyone can report violating content with the report feature in the App or on the attendee pass page.
- Reports are reviewed within a reasonable time after receipt (usually 24 hours).
4. Enforcement
- Removing or hiding violating content
- Suspending or permanently banning accounts with repeated or serious violations
- Reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary
