참석자는 패스를 어떻게 받나요?

행사 링크를 공유하면 됩니다. 참석자가 링크를 열어 Apple 월렛 또는 Google 월렛에 패스를 담으면 끝 — 앱 설치가 필요 없습니다.

체크인은 어떻게 하나요?

입구에서 앱 안의 QR 스캐너로 참석자 패스를 스캔하세요. 입장 인원이 실시간으로 집계됩니다.

크레딧이 뭔가요?

행사 개설에 크레딧이 사용됩니다. 리워드 광고를 보고 적립하거나 인앱 구매로 충전할 수 있습니다. 구독은 없습니다.

데이터는 안전한가요?

패스의 QR에는 랜덤 토큰만 담기고, 입장 판별은 QR이 아니라 서버에서 확인합니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.

결제했는데 크레딧이 안 들어왔어요 / 패스 발급이 실패했어요.

계정을 삭제하려면 어떻게 하나요?

앱의 설정 > 계정 삭제에서 바로 삭제할 수 있습니다. 만든 행사·발급 티켓·크레딧·구매 내역이 모두 영구 삭제되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 앱을 지우는 것만으로는 계정이 삭제되지 않습니다.

Tickette is an organizer app for issuing Apple/Google Wallet entry passes and checking guests in by QR.

FAQ

How do attendees get their pass?

You share an event link. Attendees open it and add the pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — no app install required.

How does check-in work?

Open the in-app QR scanner at the door and scan each attendee’s pass. Admitted guests are counted live.

What are credits?

Creating an event uses credits. You can earn credits by watching a rewarded ad, or buy them via in-app purchase. There is no subscription.

Is my data safe?

The QR code on each pass carries only a random token; entry is verified on our server, not from the QR alone. See the Privacy Policy.

I was charged but didn’t receive credits / a pass failed to issue.

Email support@shinepearlsoft.com with your event name and the approximate time, and we’ll resolve it.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings > Delete Account. Your events, issued tickets, credits and purchase history are permanently deleted and cannot be restored. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Tap 콘텐츠 신고 (Report content) at the bottom of the pass page, or email support@shinepearlsoft.com. Reports are usually reviewed within 24 hours. See the Content Policy.
