본 계약은 Tickette(이하 “앱”)의 사용자(이하 “회원”)와 운영자 간의 법적 계약입니다. 앱을 설치·로그인·사용함으로써 회원은 본 계약과 Tickette 콘텐츠 정책 및 개인정보처리방침에 동의합니다.
1. 라이선스 부여
운영자는 회원에게 앱을 본 계약에 따라 개인적·비독점적·양도불가·취소가능한 방식으로 사용할 수 있는 라이선스를 부여합니다.
2. 사용자 생성 콘텐츠(UGC)
앱은 회원이 행사명·설명·이미지(패스 배너/로고/포스터 등)를 직접 등록하고, 이를 참석자에게 티켓·월렛 패스·수령 페이지 형태로 배포하도록 합니다. 회원은 자신이 등록·배포하는 모든 콘텐츠에 대해 전적인 책임을 집니다.
3. 금지 행위 — 무관용 원칙
회원은 다음에 해당하는 콘텐츠를 등록·배포할 수 없습니다. 운영자는 이에 대해 무관용(zero-tolerance) 원칙을 적용합니다.
- 음란·선정적·노골적 성적 콘텐츠
- 폭력적·혐오스러운·잔혹한 콘텐츠
- 차별·괴롭힘·혐오 표현, 특정 개인·집단에 대한 위협
- 불법 행위(불법 거래·사기·도박 등)를 조장하거나 묘사하는 콘텐츠
- 타인의 지식재산권·초상권·프라이버시를 침해하는 콘텐츠
- 악성코드·스팸·기만적 정보
4. 신고 및 조치
- 누구나 앱 또는 참석자 수령 페이지의 신고 기능을 통해 부적절한 콘텐츠를 신고할 수 있습니다.
- 운영자는 신고를 접수한 뒤 합리적인 기간(통상 24시간) 내에 검토하고, 위반 콘텐츠를 삭제하거나 비공개 처리합니다.
- 운영자는 위반 회원의 계정을 사전 통지 없이 정지·차단할 수 있습니다.
- 운영자는 콘텐츠를 사전 또는 사후에 자동(이미지 안전성 검사 등) 및 수동으로 검수할 수 있습니다.
5. 결제·크레딧
앱 내 크레딧은 앱 내 구입(IAP)·광고 시청 등으로 획득하며, 행사 생성·티켓 발급 등에 사용됩니다. 크레딧은 환불 정책 및 Apple의 결제 약관을 따릅니다.
6. 면책·책임 제한
앱은 “있는 그대로(as-is)” 제공됩니다. 회원이 등록한 콘텐츠로 인해 발생하는 분쟁·손해에 대한 책임은 해당 회원에게 있습니다.
7. 계약 해지
회원이 본 계약을 위반할 경우 운영자는 라이선스를 즉시 종료할 수 있습니다. 회원은 언제든지 앱 내 계정 삭제 기능으로 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.

This Agreement is a legal agreement between the users of Tickette (the “App”) (“Members”) and its operator. By installing, signing in to or using the App, you agree to this Agreement, the Tickette Content Policy and the Privacy Policy.
1. License grant
The operator grants Members a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with this Agreement.
2. User-generated content (UGC)
The App lets Members register event titles, descriptions and images (pass banners, logos, posters, etc.) and distribute them to attendees as tickets, wallet passes and pass pages. Members are solely responsible for all content they register and distribute.
3. Prohibited conduct — zero tolerance
Members may not register or distribute content that falls into any of the following categories. The operator applies a zero-tolerance policy to such content.
- Obscene, sexually suggestive or sexually explicit content
- Violent, hateful or gruesome content
- Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or threats against any person or group
- Content that promotes or depicts illegal activity (illegal trade, fraud, gambling, etc.)
- Content that infringes others’ intellectual property, portrait rights or privacy
- Malware, spam or deceptive information
4. Reporting and enforcement
- Anyone can report inappropriate content using the report feature in the App or on the attendee pass page.
- The operator reviews reports within a reasonable time (usually 24 hours) and removes or hides violating content.
- The operator may suspend or ban the account of a violating Member without prior notice.
- The operator may review content before or after publication, both automatically (e.g., image safety checks) and manually.
5. Payments and credits
In-app credits are obtained through in-app purchases (IAP), watching ads and similar means, and are used to create events, issue tickets and so on. Credits are subject to the refund policy and Apple’s payment terms.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. The Member who registered the content is responsible for any dispute or damage arising from that content.
7. Termination
If a Member breaches this Agreement, the operator may terminate the license immediately. Members may terminate this Agreement at any time by using the in-app account deletion feature.
