Tickette
- 서비스: Tickette iOS 앱(App Store) 및 tickette.shinepearlsoft.com
- 문의: support@shinepearlsoft.com

- Google Analytics·Crashlytics·AdMob

Tickette Privacy Policy
This page moved to this address on 2026-10-07.
ShinePearlSoft (“we”) operates Tickette, an iOS app for event organizers, and the attendee pass pages at https://tickette.shinepearlsoft.com (together, the “Service”). We comply with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and other applicable laws. This policy explains what we process and why, who processes it for us, and when it is deleted.
1. Controller
- Company: ShinePearlSoft
- Service: the Tickette iOS app (App Store) and tickette.shinepearlsoft.com
- Contact: support@shinepearlsoft.com
2. Information we process
2.1 Organizers (Tickette app users)
- Account identifier — On first launch the app signs in anonymously with Firebase and creates a random user ID (UID). No name or email is collected at this stage.
- Sign in with Apple (optional) — If you link your Apple ID, we receive the name, email address (an Apple relay address if you choose “Hide My Email”) and the Apple account identifier that Apple provides.
- Device identifier (IDFV) — Apple’s identifier-for-vendor. Used to prevent the sign-up bonus from being claimed more than once. It is not the advertising identifier (IDFA).
- Event and pass content — event title, description, venue name and address, date, time zone, organizer name shown on passes, pass colors, public claim link name, capacity, and banner, logo or poster images you choose.
- Attendee management records — tickets you issue, attendee names you enter, and check-in records (ticket ID, result, time).
- Credit and purchase records — credit balance and history (reason, amount, time), in-app purchase transaction ID and product ID, rewarded-ad transaction IDs and daily reward totals. Payment card details are handled by Apple; we never receive them.
- Consent and moderation records — when you accepted the EULA and Content Policy and which version, whether the account is restricted, and activity counts (events created, tickets issued, check-ins).
- Usage analytics — Google Analytics for Firebase collects an app instance ID, device and OS details, language setting, approximate location (from IP address), and in-app events (event-creation steps, purchase and ad results, check-in results, etc.). If you signed in with Apple, your UID is used as the analytics user ID. Some server-side events (ad-reward cap/duplicate handling, duplicate event-creation requests) are sent from our server to Google Analytics together with your UID.
- Crash reports — If the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics collects a crash report (device and OS details, crash trace).
- Advertising data — When a rewarded ad is loaded or shown, Google AdMob processes device information, IP address and ad interaction data, and the advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking (see section 9).
Device permissions the app uses:
- Camera — only to scan QR codes at the door. Camera frames are processed on the device (Apple VisionKit) and are never stored or uploaded. Only the entry token read from the QR code is sent to our server.
- Photos — the app receives only the images you pick in the system photo picker; it has no access to your whole library. Picked images are resized to pass dimensions before upload.
2.2 Attendees (people who receive a pass by link, without the app)
- Name (optional) — if entered by the organizer or by you on the pass page.
- Email (optional) — if you enter it on a public claim page.
- Last 4 digits of a phone number — only if the organizer enters them.
- Ticket records — random entry token (QR) and claim-link token, issue/claim/check-in status and times, and when the pass was issued to Apple or Google Wallet.
- Apple Wallet update registration — when you add a pass to Apple Wallet, Wallet automatically sends us a device library identifier, a push token and the pass serial number.
Pass pages read your browser’s user-agent only to decide which wallet button to show first; it is not stored.
2.3 People who report content
- Report reason (required), contact details for a reply (optional), and the reported event ID.
- To block repeated reports, your IP address is held in server memory for about one minute and is not stored.
2.4 Email enquiries
- Your email address and the content of your message.
3. What QR codes and wallet passes contain
- The QR code contains only a check-in URL (https://tickette.shinepearlsoft.com/c/<random token>) and no personal data. Entry is verified on our server, not from the QR code alone.
- A pass can show event details and the attendee’s name. On tickets the organizer issues individually, the email and phone last-4 entered by the organizer may appear on the back of the pass. Tickets claimed from a public link never show email or phone.
- Anyone who has a claim link can open that ticket, so share links with care.
4. Purposes
- Creating accounts, signing in, and using the app on several devices (with Sign in with Apple)
- Creating events, issuing and delivering tickets, generating and updating Apple and Google Wallet passes, QR check-in
- Showing attendee details to the organizer of that event (for entry checks)
- Granting and spending credits, verifying in-app purchases, reclaiming credits after refunds
- Showing rewarded ads and verifying rewards
- Preventing abuse of sign-up bonuses and ad rewards
- Enforcing the Content Policy: automatic image screening, handling reports, taking down events and restricting accounts
- Usage statistics, crash diagnosis and improving the Service
- Answering enquiries
5. Processors and third-party services

Apple processes the following under its own policy: Sign in with Apple (Apple passes your name and email to us), App Store payments (payment processing, signed transaction data and refund notifications), and Apple Wallet (storing passes and requesting updates). Apple Privacy Policy
We do not sell personal information. Apart from showing attendee details to the organizer of the event, we do not provide personal information to third parties unless required by law.
6. International transfers
Core Service data (accounts, events, tickets, credit records) is stored in Cloud Firestore in Google Cloud’s Seoul region (asia-northeast3) and processed by Cloud Functions in the same region. The services below involve transfers outside Korea. Transfers happen when you use the related feature, over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

| Resend, Inc. (privacy contact) | USA | Report reason, reply contact (if given), event ID, organizer UID | Emailing report alerts to moderators | When a report is submitted | Per Resend’s policies |
If you do not want these transfers, you can avoid the related features (Sign in with Apple, rewarded ads, image upload, saving to Google Wallet, leaving contact details in a report) or write to support@shinepearlsoft.com. Transfers essential to the Service, such as authentication, cannot be refused while still using the Service.
7. Retention and deletion
- An organizer’s account and its events, tickets (including attendee details), credit records, check-in records and uploaded images are kept until the account is deleted, and are then destroyed without delay.
- You can delete your account in the app under Settings > Delete Account. Uninstalling the app does not delete data on our servers, so delete your account first or email us.
- After account deletion, the following may remain:
- Sign-up bonus anti-abuse record (Apple account identifier, first UID, device identifier (IDFV), creation time) — only for accounts that used Sign in with Apple. Kept so the same Apple ID cannot claim the bonus again.
- Reports (reason, reply contact, reported event and organizer IDs) — kept to handle reports and disputes.
- The change history of credit-ledger records copied to BigQuery.
- Data already sent to Google Analytics, Crashlytics or AdMob — deleted according to each service’s retention settings.
- Server logs (may include UIDs) — deleted automatically when the Google Cloud Logging retention period ends.
- Passes already saved in an attendee’s Apple Wallet or Google Wallet account — we cannot remove these; the pass holder must delete them.
- Apple Wallet update registrations are deleted when the attendee removes the pass from Wallet and Wallet notifies us.
- Attendee details are deleted when the organizer of the event deletes their account. Attendees can also ask us directly to delete their data.
- Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.
8. Your rights
- You can ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information at any time by writing to support@shinepearlsoft.com. We will act without undue delay as required by law.
- Organizers can delete their account directly in the app.
- To unlink Sign in with Apple, go to iPhone Settings > [your name] > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple.
- Attendees can contact us or the organizer of the event.
- You may exercise your rights through a legal representative or an authorized agent.
9. Advertising and App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
- The only ads in the app are rewarded ads that you choose to watch to earn credits.
- The app requests non-personalized ads.
- On iOS 14.5 and later, the app asks whether you allow tracking. If you allow it, the advertising identifier (IDFA) may be made available to the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Firebase. If you decline, every feature still works and credit rewards are the same. You can change this at any time in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- In regions that require consent, such as the EEA and the UK, consent for ads is collected with Google’s User Messaging Platform; if you do not consent, no ads are loaded.
- The app starts collecting usage analytics after the consent steps above (UMP and the ATT choice) are complete. If you decline tracking, analytics are still collected without the advertising identifier.
- Ad rewards are verified with Google’s server-side verification (SSV); the ad request carries a value signed by our server that includes your UID.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
The attendee pass pages and this website do not use cookies, ads or analytics tools. Automatic collection in the app is limited to the Firebase and AdMob SDKs described in sections 2.1 and 9.
11. Children
The Service is a tool for event organizers and is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 and will delete it without delay if we learn that we have.
12. Security
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Access rules let the app read only your own data; only our server can create or change data.
- Tickets are identified by unguessable random tokens, and entry is verified on our server.
- Secrets such as pass-signing keys are kept in Google Secret Manager.
- Moderation tools are available only to accounts with administrator rights.
13. Privacy contact
- Privacy officer: ShinePearlSoft privacy team
- Email: support@shinepearlsoft.com
Users in Korea can also contact the Personal Information Infringement Report Center (118, privacy.kisa.or.kr) or the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (1833-6972, www.kopico.go.kr).
14. Changes
We will post changes on this page and announce significant changes through an app update or an in-app notice.
